Description Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research 2. Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform 3. Generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action 4. Creating editorial calendars and syndication schedules 5. Capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices and then acting on the information 6. Launching optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness 7. Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) 8. Measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
