Description About Internship: This is an opportunity to work for one of the world’s leading consumer electronics brands – to learn about technology and sales through their superb training programs, to get hands-on work experience, and the potential opportunity to work full time in the future. As part of this internship, you will undergo a thorough 4-day sales & product training in the beginning, and also frequent refresher trainings. The job will involve working at a retail store for 4-hour shifts on weekday evenings, or an 8 hour shift in the weekends. The remuneration is Rs. 500 per 4-hour shift and Rs. 1000 per 8-hour shift and additional incentives linked to performance. Roles and Responsibilities: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: • To promote sales of Products(handset/smartphone/laptop products) • To deliver volume & revenue sales target • To interact with all the walk-in customers and convince them for purchase of products • To report online the daily attendance, sales, stock and visual merchandise of the products
