Description Researching potential clients that could benefit from Health Click Away’s services Updating information on leads —- new clients and coaches in the CRM Database Understanding the various subscription plans and translating the benefits of the same via call/ chat/ email to Coaches Working with the Marketing Team to understand customer needs, market trends and assisting in marketing strategies Driving short/ medium/ long- term sales operations that seek to grow the brand and what it stands for by familiarizing oneself with the brand's services, plans and app features. Assisting in managing the sales operations from connecting with potential customers to invoicing and documentation. Providing customer support, addressing queries w.r.t Health Click Away app usage to ensure the smooth functioning of the business Driving pitches to Coaches 1:1 via presentations, illustrations, social media posts, meetings, calls and other relevant activities Scheduling calls with prospective clients/ coaches on a day to day basis on behalf of Health Click Away Maintaining records, regularly analyzing data and sales performance to meet monthly/quarterly targets through brand metrics Exploring ways to increase financial gains of the company by improving existing business strategies Connecting with Coaches and clients regularly, working to maintain active client relationships Identifying other business opportunities and health/ fitness competitors
