2. A flying start to your career! On successful completion of the 3-month practical training and having met performance standards, you start a full time job as a Programmer with a starting salary of Rs. 12,000/- per month. A stipend of Rs. 5,000/- per month will be paid during the 3-month practical training period. This stipend is refundable to the company if you leave the company before completing one year from the time you join the training programme.
3. After 12 months (3 months training+9 months working), you will move to the position of Developer at a salary of up to Rs. 20,000/- per month.
4. You can expect your monthly salary to increase by a minimum Rs. 5,000/- to Rs. 10,000/- each year. Thus, by the end of the 3rd year, you could potentially be earning up to Rs. 40,000/- or more per month.
What will you do during the 3-months?
Hand-coding websites using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Updating of web site content, graphics, and images.
Participating in quality assurance testing.
Direct interaction with clients.
As soon as your 3 month practical training program finishes, you will start developing and managing websites and web applications using technologies such as: HTML, CSS, Javascript, ASP, ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, SQL Server, Internet Information Server, MySQL, PHP, Apache. |
